4th International Conference on Stress Management – Learning to Leave Stress Alone

The 4th International Conference on Stress Management happened on Friday the 3rd of November, 2017 at the Hotel Mandovi in Panjim, Goa this year. Covering the issues that are faced by many employees who work in a stressful environment, this conference was an informative event that made many a Goa Resort be fully booked due to interested visitors.

Places like the Alila Diwa Goa and other hotels close to the event location also saw a crowd during the week. The conference was a collaboration of the Goa Psychology Association and the International Stress Management Association. It was deemed a success as the employers and HR officials who attended the conference gained a vast knowledge of how an employee can lose productivity due to stress alone. They were also given an update on how the stress management interventions will help the organisations.
