This year, the bubble tent concept has been elevated to a whole new level with special events in the Maldives held specially to introduce them. Many luxury resort trendsetters including the likes of Amilla Fushi Maldives have debuted new Skyhouse with Bubble accommodation. The introduction of this new design concept was officially opened by the island nations’ Minister of Tourism, Ali Waheed, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the ITB Berlin, on the 06th of March 2019
Offering a new concept of glamping, the accommodation which comes with a transparent bubble offers guests the chance to take in uninterrupted views of the sky and sea, without having to go outside. Custom -designed by Eye in The sky, the clear and inflatable bubble are made out of super strong and high-tech polyester fabric. It is also fully waterproof, and UV protected as well
