Abu Dhabi’s tourism industry heads to World Travel Market

Abu Dhabi is continuing its mission to take its tourism industry to the forefront and pin the city as a top travel destination of the world by participating at one of the world’s largest trade fairs, the World Travel Market.

Spending a vacation at the UAE capital while staying at luxury Abu Dhabi villas like the Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort, Abu Dhabi will give you an idea of the many wonders and enchants the city has to offer. With all its many attractions, it was no surprise when the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority said that within just the first ten months of the year 2014, 2,838,842 guests had checked into the city.

This year, at the World Travel Market held from 2nd to 5th November in London, more than 80 stakeholders shared the 500-square-metre WTM Abu Dhabi Pavilion where the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority acted as the spearhead. There were over a 100 products being promoted at the prestigious exhibition, out of which many were new to the market.
