AVANI hotels signs second property in Malaysia - A bold move by AVANI Hotels & Resorts

AVANI Hotels & Resorts has signed up to launch its second property in Malaysia preceding its success of their Sepang beach resort popularly known by the name AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort. The renowned hospitality brand has now partnered with KTI Property Sdn. Bhd. for the construction of their new resort which will go by the name AVANI Kota Kinabalu Hotel. With the construction already begun, it has been estimated the resort will be open to the public during the fourth quarter of 2021. The new resort building is located just a 20 minute drive away from Kota Kinabalu International Airport. The hotel will feature luxurious accommodations, an all-day dining restaurant a bar and a rooftop pool. It is also worth noting that it is also located amidst numerous attractions and entertainment hotspots.
