Bali Kite Festival to be Held in July 2018 – A Splash of Colour the Coastal Skies

A kite festival is an annual event held between July and August which is the windy season. Hundreds of kites will be souring through the skies in the coastal areas of Padanggalak and Sanur in all shapes and sizes that measure from 4 to 10 meters colouring the sky, creating an amazing sight for on lookers. Enthusiastic locals design their kites in the shape of fish (bebean), birds (janggan) and leaf (pecukan) which are the traditional themes and compete for the kite that stands out in creativity.
