China’s Yacht Building Community – Changing face

China is one of the leading Asian giants in the emerging market of luxury yacht building. China used to build ships only for domestic consumption but soon caught up being a leading competitor in the Asian market of luxury commercial ship building and has by now moved on to the global market of modern luxury yacht building with the state of the art technology and know-how used by the country’s expert ship builders to invent energy saving powerful luxury sea giants. By now China is gradually bringing the region to a recognised position in the global yacht building industry. It has a year-round luxury cruise operation with high emphasis on development of cruise terminals and building luxury yachts.
