Dhiraagu “Youth Fest” – The coolest event of the year

The Youth Fest was held on the 7th October 2017 under the patronage of Dhiraagu Maldives at Vilimale water sports beach.

Established in 1988, Dhiraagu is the first ever Maldivian telecommunication company. Dhiraagu partakes in many social causes and according to the company, the main aim of the Youth Fest was to provide an opportunity for youth to experience water sports as the country is surrounded by sea.

Those who were holidaying in Maldives island resorts the likes of Maafushivaru Maldives participated in this festival and indulged in many water sports activities for free, including snorkelling, banana boat rides, flyboarding, parasailing, Jet Ski and canoe rides for one day. Special guests of the Youth Fest were Am.on, Dj B, Arcavius, Bathool Ahmed and Afruh and visitors also enjoyed all day BBQ, live performances from various artists, beach volley and more.
