An Ice Cream With An Experience – Chin Chin Labs Brings Gourmet Treats to Maldives

Known for creating a unique cacophony of flavours, Chin Chin Labs from the UK are bringing their special brand of ice cream to PER AQUUM Niyama in Maldives this March. A chance to sample distinctive liquid nitrogen ice-cream, Maldives holidaymakers staying at this property of PER AQUUM Hotels & Resorts between the 16th and 21st March can introduce their taste buds to some truly novel haute cuisine and flavours. Adding a distinctive touch to the flavours, the exclusive ice cream served here will be infused with ingredients taken from the herb garden overseen by the resort chef. Based in UK’s Camden Market, Chin Chin Labs has gained somewhat of a cult status amongst foodies creating such one of a kind gourmet ice-cream flavours as pink guava and pepper crack and Guinness caramel with smoked salt. Apart from a pop-up parlour, Chin Chin Labs will also be hosting workshops on the 17th, 19th and 21st of March.
