In order to boost the tourist footfall on Phuket, the Tourism ministry of Indonesia has launched a set of promotion packages which are named as ‘Bali Hot Deals’ during the recent months. In a media briefing one of the officials of the the ministry’s division of marketing development stated that this was all part of Visit Wonderful Indonesia (ViWI) 2018; a program initiated by stakeholders and associations that rely on tourism. During the launch event, the head of  ViWI 2018 – Hariyadi BS Sukamdani, told media that a total of 76 packages has been offered and the places, duration and events in each package vary with the best prices and in the spirit of Hot Deals, which is ‘less for more, Hariyadi said.
