Love Food Festival is back – Food trucks return to Abu Dhabi to delight taste-buds

Street food lovers in Abu Dhabi were given a special treat as the Love Food Festival returned for the second year. The Love Food Festival featured an eclectic combination of famed food trucks from the UK, US and Singapore, over two weekends in February. Whilst nowhere near as extravagant as the dining options at the numerous Five Star hotels in Abu Dhabi, such as the luxurious Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara, for example, the Love Food Festival gave locals and tourists alike, the chance to savour delicious street food – as well as provide platform for food trucks in the UAE to show what they have to offer. In addition, the festival included a workshop with notable chefs, cookery demonstrations, a kids’ area and food-related movies playing at an outdoor theatre.
