Michelin-starred Chef Hervé Rodriguez Showcases his Skills at Niyama’s Edge Restaurant

As part of a special 10-day culinary event, Chef Hervé Rodriguez, a well-known Michelin-starred chef, recently presented some truly gastronomic creations at the Edge restaurant of Niyama Private Islands Maldives. Located 500 metres out to sea, this dining venue is distinctive amongst Maldives beach resorts; it provided the perfect place for foodies to savour the dishes prepared by a chef who has been termed as the ‘Manipulator of Flavours’.

From 19th to 29th December 2018, foodies were treated to unique tasting menus featuring seasonal creations by Chef Hervé Rodriguez who utilised ingredients sourced from around the world. These culinary masterpieces were in keeping with the bold signature style that food connoisseurs have come to expect from this celebrated chef, who also owns the popular Parisian restaurant, MaSa.
