Offering a delicious twist to the traditional Sunday Brunch, Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort is serving Singaporean style hawker dishes at its MoonLite Kitchen and Bar. Unique amongstrestaurants in Seminyak for offering such a novel variation on Sunday Brunch, this rooftop dining venue also features traditional Asian dishes. Termed, “The Hawker Food Culture Sunday Brunch”, this dining extravaganza gives guests a chance to experience Singapore’s multicultural gastronomic dining scene with a delectable buffet featuring over 30 distinctive dishes to choose from. Beginning with a honey and tamarind welcome drink, patrons can select from an eclectic array of cuisine including banana leaf grilled stingray served with sambal belacan, vegetable biryani basmati rice, ‘Laksa Lemak’ which is a type of spicy seafood infused with coconut and signature Singaporean stir fried chilli crab.
