Oman Travel Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort launches Ultimate Jabal Activity Wall – A Bold new Addition to one of Oman’s most Notable Luxury Hotels

In November 2017, some daring new elements were added to the mountain climbing experiences provided by Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, one of the Omani properties of Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas.

Among these new attractions include Oman’s first mountain zip-lines and more than 200 metres of ferrata laid out throughout the mountain range. These would allow visitors to experience this iconic Jabal Akdar Mountains in a manner that was never possible earlier, making this one of the unique experiences offered by luxury hotels and resorts.

The entire experience will have climbers tackle a vertical rock face, overcome jagged rock formations, and finally use zip-lines to soar back to the base of the mountain. The entire course has been designed to meet the most rigorous European standards, and a qualified guide is always present when visitors are tackling the course.
