Singapore Grand Prix – Taking The Checkered Flag!

The dust has settled on yet another thrilling edition of the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix, with British Lewis Hamilton bringing victory to Mercedes yet again. A notable absence on the podium was teammate Nico Rosberg who unfortunately had to retire from the race due to technical difficulties, opening the way for Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo to take second and third place respectively.

The night however belonged to Hamilton, who not only took the checkered flag, but with it a slender lead over Rosberg in the driver’s championship as well. Offering F1 fans a chance to catch all the excitement of this unique night race, Mackinnons Travels featured a special Singapore Grand Prix package that included race tickets. As in the past, the F1 race which took place on the Marina Bay Street Circuit also featured a wide range of entertainment with headliners of the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Robbie Williams, John Legend & Pet Shop Boys bringing more glitz and glamour to the event.
