Singapore International Film Festival

This year has seen the launch of a myriad of new and vibrant cultural events in Singapore. Among the most anticipated events of the year is Singapore International Film Festival, set to be held from the 3rd to 14th of December and is a must attend event for those based at a luxury hotel in Singapore such as Sheraton Towers Singapore. With its origins dating back to 1987, this festival takes the Singapore film industry to an international platform and showcases various international films. Having been successfully renewed for its 25th edition, it is set to take place as a part of Singapore International Arts Festival which is an event that will also incorporate ScreenSingapore, Asia Television Forum and Asian Television Awards. This year SGIFF promises to bring screenings of nearly 80 films at exhibitions and cinemas.
