Thailand to Hold Asia Music Festival in Koh Samui Island in August – An Eclectic Musical Experience!

It was recently announced by the Tourism Authority of Thailand at a press conference, that an Asia Music Festival will be held on the 18th and 19th of August 2018 in Koh Samui Island located on the southern seaboard of Thailand.

The event which will be organised by both the Koh Samui Municipality and the IMC Live group will showcase a variety of genres from all over Asia. A non-ticket event, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a truly fantastic musical performance. Fans flying in especially for the event will easily be able to find suitable accommodation in many a Koh Samui resort including the likes of Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort.

The Secretary to the Thai Minister of Tourism and Sports, Mr. Worawit Techasupakura stated that the event is in line with the government’s current policies to promote tourism, especially in second tier cities to increase the local’s income.
