Winter Feast in New South Wales – A Celebration of Food and Wine

Held at the Vines Restaurant on 4th August 2018, the Winter Feast was a foodie event that offered participants a chance to enjoy good food and wine along with music and dancing. The restaurant is located at the Hollydene Estate; it is known for producing some of the country’s finest wines and amongst the places, wine connoisseurs staying at Hunter Valley hotels the likes of Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort can easily plan an excursion to.

Those who took part in the Winter Feast were served canapés and mulled wine, while the main meal included delicious slow-cooked meats as well as roasted vegetables. Dessert was also included as part of the ticket price for a memorable night out in the Upper Hunter Valley, one of the most well-known wine growing regions not only in New South Wales but Australia too.
