Known across the globe as one of the premier tropical destinations, the Maldives is famous and luxurious, and it will only get more accessible. Announcing a partnership with Maldivian Aero, Emirates customers can now fly to 16 popular destinations as part of the interline agreement, with operations related to the agreement already beginning. The new destinations mean that access to businesses such as the Summer Island Maldives brand will be easier to reach.
The news also means that villas in the Maldives will be easier to access in general, thereby increasing tourism revenue and enhancing profits for both Maldives Aero and Emirates. The shared services between the two also means that the customers themselves can avail themselves of many of the services that both brands provide.
