A Taste of Broome came to a close this month with the last show being held on 10th September, 2015. This special performance took place at Goolarri Media in Broome. A Taste of Broome featured a wide range of artistic performances as well as presentations of a variety of cuisine, all showcasing Broome’s unique indigenous culture. Those present at the event got a chance to enjoy distinctive performances which highlighted a broad spectrum of local culture be it dance, music, arts and crafts or food, providing an insight into local traditions and the rich heritage of the people who live here.
