In July this year, Air France, the French national airline, announced it would be adding three new routes to its long-haul schedule for the winter season from October 2021 to March 2022. The first of these additions began this month with flights connecting Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) with Zanzibar’s Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ). On 31st October 2021, Air France will also commence flights between Paris and the Muscat International Airport (MCT) in Oman.
The last of the three new routes will begin on 1st November 2021 when passengers from Paris can travel to Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) in Sri Lanka’s commercial capital, Colombo. It should be noted that this flight continues to Male in the Maldives, amongst the most popular holiday destinations right now. For travellers looking to enjoy winter holidays in the Maldives, ocean villa with pool accommodation options are on offer. Additionally, tropical island getaways at resorts like Naladhu Private Island Maldives provide safe stays with strict hygiene and health protocols in place.
