Aitken Spence which is now expanding its reaches has planned to introduce its heritance brand to the Maldives with the opening of its flagship hotel, Heritance Aarah before the end of this year. The land, in which the resort has been constructed, was acquired by the hospitality group in 2015 for a whopping USD 50 Million and was constructed at a standard to compete with other luxury Maldives resorts.
