AITKEN SPENCE TO INTRODUCE HERITANCE BRAND TO MALDIVES WITH AARAH OPENING 2018 – A bold move by Aitken Spence

Aitken Spence PLC is a popular blue-chip conglomerate headquartered in Srilnaka, with operations in Middleast, Africa and the Pacific. The company has major interests in the hospitality and the tourism industry along with logistics and Maritime services. Aitken Spence which is now expanding its reaches has planned to introduce its heritance brand to the Maldives with the opening of its flagship hotel, Heritance Aarah before the end of this year. The land, in which the resort has been constructed, was acquired by the hospitality group in 2015 for a whopping USD 50 Million and was constructed at a standard to compete with other luxury Maldives resorts. The resort property features luxury accommodations that are equipped with cosy and comfy furniture, restaurants, spas which offer a variety of treatments and wellness experiences, a gymnasium and so much more.
