An increase in Tourism in Seychelles – Steady growth for Seychelles

The tourism arrivals in Seychelles are looking good, the Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine stated. As of April 2019, the total number of visitors arriving to Seychelles has been well over 100,000. In comparison to the same time last year, the island nation has seen a 10 percent increase in arrivals. This makes way for Berjaya Beau Vallon and any other hotel in Mahe to gain more business and guests.

An estimated increase of $1 million in terms of tourism has been reported by the Central Bank of Seychelles. The Tourism Development Act is also being finalized, which will ensure that tourist functions are backed by law.
