Thailand’s Minor Hotels has announced that it is launching more than ten new properties via its Avani Hotels & Resorts brand by the end of 2022. It will be debuting in Kenya, Oman, and the Maldives during this launching spree as well. At its existing properties, Avani has seen the successful completion of many large-scale renovation projects – this includes constructing a second wing at Cambodia’s FCC Angkor by Avani, a complete renovation of Sri Lanka’s Avani Kalutara Resort as well, and several other projects. With steps such as construction and facilitating potential customers to book hotels online, Avani has embarked on pipeline development, securing its position as the fastest-growing brand in Minor Hotels company.
The CEO of Minor Hotels, Dillip Rajakarier stated that they are pleased that Avani is reaffirming its commitment to growth, in terms of taking initiatives to deliver new establishments – at least seven properties – by the end of 2021.
