Each year the number of travelers visiting Bali keeps increasing, resulting in the government setting higher arrivals targets to reach annually. The island’s 2016 target was set at 4.4 million tourist arrivals, however impressively enough, this number was surpassed by November of the same year.
Looking at these numbers, the government has been given new hope for 2017. The forecast is for Bali to reel in 40 percent of Indonesia’s 15 million entries target. Holidaying in Bali can be done either luxuriously or on a budget, catering ideally to tourists from all walks of life. In addition to the budget accommodation available island wide, for those looking for high-end resorts, Bali does not disappoint with examples such as the Anantara Seminyak Bali Resort.
