Bangkok Airways has decided to partner up with AXA Thailand to offer a new travel insurance scheme for passengers on all their flights – both international and domestic. As per the plan, participating passengers will be eligible for both inpatient and outpatient coverages; currently, this scheme covers close to 40,000 hospitals and clinics around the world. This package also includes airfare refunds in case of flight cancellations, as well as a recompense scheme for missing luggage and items.
Bangkok Airways remarked that they hope these additional securities would provide extra incentive for more people to travel to and from Bangkok.
