Bangkok has been named the top summer getaway city on Agoda’s list this year, outshining the top travel destinations across the globe including Singapore, Bali, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, and Jeju Island. Thailand’s city of Pattaya came in 8th place on the list, another big achievement for the country as one of the main sources of income is tourism. Agoda has also mentioned the reason Bangkok became the top on the list was due to the relaxed travel restrictions and reopening of attractions.
Being named the best summer destination has attracted more travellers to this buzzing metropolis. Many leading Bangkok city hotels are experiencing a surge in bookings for the season, and the country’s tourism is booming. Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok is an ideal choice of accommodation for those who wish to explore the city to the fullest and stay within city limits for a convenient experience.
