Divali in Mauritius

Divali, also known as Deepavali in some parts of the world, will be very graciously celebrated in Mauritius on the 27th of October 2019 as the festival of lights. This day is considered as the day on which tribute is paid to the victory of light over darkness and this is why lights play a very significant role in the festive season.

All 5 Star hotels in Mauritius will decorate their venues with lights in celebration of Divali this year, and they believe that this would also provide a unique experience to all their visitors from all around the world. To welcome the local and foreign guests who come for Divali celebrations, hotels the likes of The Residence Mauritius by Cenizaro are all prepared and they believe, just like the past years, a considerable crowd will join hands in celebration with devotion in their hearts.
