Dubai is World’s Most Popular Tourist Destination – The Emirate Maintains its Global Allure

Despite the challenges of COVID-19, Dubai is ahead of its game as the world’s most popular tourist destination. This was confirmed by Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Awards for 2022: The Best of the Best Destinations, where this cosmopolitan emirate garnered the top spot for the most popular destination. Surpassing cities like London and Rome on the list, Dubai offers a bundle of exciting tourist activities for people of all ages. The city is well known for its adventurous style of entertainment, blended with extensive shopping opportunities for its visitors and much more.

On a visit, tourists can enjoy the comfort and convenience of residing at luxury hotels like Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. Those staying at such a Palm Jumeirah hotel or resort will be within proximity to enjoy a host of sightseeing adventures; they can also look to climb atop Burj Khalifa, take thrilling desert excursions or even have an entertaining night at the Dubai Opera. As reported on the Khaleej Times website this January, Dubai’s proactive approach in facing COVID-19 was able to boost the “likes” of their visitors to make it their top holiday, shopping or adventure destination.
