Emirates has launched its first Travel Store in the Far East, located in Hong Kong’s Nexxus Building. The inauguration, led by Orhan Abbas, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, Far East, and attended by notable guests, marks a significant expansion for Emirates in the region. The store offers a range of premium services, including flight reservations, ticketing, and personalised customer assistance, all within a modern, lounge-like environment. Interactive screens, self-service kiosks, and a Premium Economy Class seat display enhance the customer experience.
Emirates, which operates 21 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Dubai, continues to strengthen its presence with initiatives like a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hong Kong Tourism Board and an upgraded lounge at Hong Kong International Airport. Additionally, new Emirates Skywards members can earn 2,000 bonus miles by signing up in-store by 31 July 2024, further enriching the customer journey. From the Travel Store, you can go to your hotel in hotel in Mongkok Hong Kong, a half hour ride if you’re staying at a property like Dorsett Mongkok Hong Kong.
