Morocco has recently updated its eVisa system, enabling UAE residents to apply for visas online without the need to visit the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in person, simplifying the process significantly. The application can be completed through a local website, offering two options: a standard package with a processing time of three business days, and an express option providing a response within one working day. Costs for the two vary – with the express version costing extra. Residents of the UAE staying in family apartments in Dubai, such as the Avani Palm View Dubai, may find this option for vacation and travel convenient.
Once granted, the visa allows stays of up to 30 days within a validity period of 180 days, allowing visitors to experience Morocco – and its diverse range of attractions and experiences for visitors. From the bustling medinas of Marrakesh to the serene riads of Rabat, the coastal charm of Essaouira and Agadir, and the distinct blue hues of Chefchaouen, the country boasts a rich tapestry of landscapes and cultures.
