Basu expressed her love for and fascination with the Maldives in a series of social media posts that highlighted the warm tropical weather, sun-kissed beaches and resplendent natural beauty the islands have to offer. In her own words, she described this popular travel destination as an “irresistible charm”, one which she cannot wait to return to.
