The GSTC2024 Global Sustainable Tourism Conference, taking place from November 13th-16th, 2024, in Sentosa, Singapore, will bring together tourism professionals from around the globe. Certified against GSTC Criteria for both destinations and hotels, this event will include pre-conference training, interactive panels, workshops, and networking opportunities. The conference aims to engage around 500 participants, representing diverse sectors like public agencies, hospitality, tour operations, academia, and NGOs, with a shared goal of advancing sustainable tourism.
With an agenda built around four key themes—Sustainable Urban Tourism, Sustainable Hospitality, Cultural Preservation, and Integrating Sustainability across the Value Chain—the conference will empower attendees with insights and strategies to promote environmentally responsible tourism. The program also highlights the importance of sustainable tourism as a tool for conservation and poverty alleviation, following the GSTC Criteria, which establish global standards for destinations, hotels, and MICE events. Participants will gain knowledge to drive positive environmental and social impacts – important for those people involved in accommodations such as the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road, Singapore while exploring the beauty of Sentosa staying in excellent suites in Singapore.
