A charming zone was put up in the bay area of Hakodate in the Hokkaido Region of Japan in order to celebrate Christmas. The region was lit up with a vibrant display of lights and a festive ambience. The region also had many attractions including live music, decadent food and the star of the scene was a tall Christmas tree that was put up on a barge. The tree was decorated with a sum of approximately 50 000 lights that glittered fantastically. The zone was opened to the public on the 1st of December and extended until the 25th and on each day an exquisite display of fireworks also took place. Many visitors who were stationed at hotel properties near the region also visited the event which includes Otaru hotel near Jr station the likes of Grand Park Otaru and many others as well.
