The 17th edition of the Hotel Asia Exhibition and International Culinary Challenge will take place from the 23rd to the 25th of October 2023 at the Dharubaaruge Exhibition Hall in Maldives. The event will feature around 200 stalls from 250 exhibiting companies and expects around 3000 visitors. More than 15 countries will participate in the event where the spotlight will be taken by the Culinary Challenge with 5 main award categories including most outstanding chef, most outstanding pastry chef, top Maldivian chef, best artist, and the profound “Alan Palmer Challenge Trophy”. The winners of this competitor gain recognition worldwide with top employment opportunities in global destinations.
