The largest event for the F&B, hospitality, and hotel equipment industries, known as the famous Hotel Asia Exhibition, will be held concurrently with the International Culinary Challenge 2023 in the Maldives in October 2023 – hosting a meeting of South Asia’s finest exhibition materials, displays, and more – allowing visitors to interact and experience the latest in customer journeys and experiences across multiple brands and industries.
Alongside the Exhibition will be the Culinary Challenge, hosting four days of gastronomical events with dishes enough to rival any local Maldives restaurant, and providing the opportunity to witness the greatest culinary artists and chefs outside of places like VARU by Atmosphere. The competition will have over 700 competitors and 70 resorts, divided into 23 subcategories and 5 main award categories.
