South Asia’s largest exhibition for hotel suppliers and services, the Hotel Show Colombo was held at BMICH, Colombo from the 22nd to 24th of July. The event gathered many hotel suppliers, vendors, and industry giants to one place from across the island and abroad. This year’s exhibition gave special focus to small and medium-scale businesses in the hotel and hospitality industry to explore opportunities and expand to international markets. Around 200 exhibitors took part in the event to showcase their services.
There was a significant rise in the number of tourists who travel to Sri Lanka after the pandemic restrictions were lifted, and many businessmen among them showed interest in attending this event.
