Kurumba Maldives Is Ready to Welcome the Holiday Season

The glamorous luxury resort Kurumba Maldives has lined up an exciting set of festive events to celebrate the Christmas holiday season in grand style. Christmas season holiday celebrations are quite popular among the Maldives festivals. It is a joyful time where everybody gathers together to celebrate and enjoy the spirit of Christmas and the dawn of the New Year.

The events organised are meant for fun and entertainment for all age groups and to keep everybody active and occupied. Some in-house resort programmes you can engage in include Maldivian cooking classes, cocktail mixology courses and wine tasting in the lagoon to treasure hunts and kids karaoke events. Waiting for Santa to arrive to receive gifts and enjoy the Christmas Eve with a sumptuous seafood buffet apart from the live cooking station dinner in Thila with live entertainment are some of the interesting highlights of the festive programme.

The New Year will be welcomed with the grand celebration of the pageant “A night at the Oscars” where guests would get a red carpet welcome along with champagne. The impressive buffet served at Thila will be one to remember as the night would be enriched with live entertainment by the Sri Lankan drummers and the heralding of the Oscar awards.

Many more surprises are lined up with the dawn of the New Year to ensure that the holiday season spent at this spectacular island resort would be truly a treat for all.
