A familiarisation trip is to be organized by Malaysia with the Tourism, Arts & Culture Ministry in the hope of further boosting the country’s tourism the year. Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing, the minister said that this trip will be organised mainly for media representatives and social media influencers from Thailand and Indonesia. This is sure to boost occupation in hotels like Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur located in central areas of the city.
Furthermore, the ministry is also working on promoting and initiating the concept of the “Malaysia My Second Home” programme which is being processed by the Immigration Department. This includes a plan for those who are not citizens of the country to retire and live in Malaysia perhaps at a hotel apartment in Kuala Lumpur or any other residential city in the coutry.
