Maldives-based Luxury Airline Beond Launched – Initial Flights to Riyadh, Munich & Zurich
Beond, a premium carrier based in the Maldives was officially launched on 10th October 2023 providing a new transport option for high-end travellers looking to reach this tropical destination in style. The first aircraft in its fleet to be used for initial flights will be an A319 which has been configured to accommodate up to 44 passengers. Interestingly, to offer passengers a chance to disconnect from digital devices, Beond is not offering internet access or seatback screens but will feature on-demand personal iPads. It has also been revealed that within five years, the airline’s fleet is expected to reach 32 aircraft covering 60 destinations providing a wider coverage.
