Maldives Marine Expo 2023 Successfully Held – Showcasing the Best of the Industry

Drawing international exhibitors and many visitors too, the Maldives Marine Expo 2023 was successfully held this month. A flagship event of the National Boating Association of Maldives, it ran from 15th to 18th March 2023 at the Central Park in Hulhumale; amongst the key objectives was to provide a platform for stakeholders in the boating industry to meet as well as to further promote this destination which has much to offer.

This year marked the eighth edition of the Maldives Marine Expo which featured diverse highlights; these included display areas for yachts and boats as well as equipment, networking sessions, recreational activities, workshops, panel discussions and more. Special emphasis was also placed on diving which is a popular tourist activity in the Maldives; island hotels located in the secluded Vaavu Atoll, such as Cinnamon Velifushi Maldives, continue to provide some of the best excursions for diving including the chance to encounter nurse sharks.
