The Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority launched a programme on Wednesday the 11th of February 2015 to promote the country as a tourist destination. According to the Director at TCA Abu Dhabi, Mr Nasser Al Reyami, the Abu Dhabi Tourism Ambassadors programme selected 106 Emiratis from over 300 applicants. The participants will be attending workshops that educate them about the capital city as well as in the fields of hospitality, tourism and heritage. Over the years Abu Dhabi has improved as a tourist destination and many new hotels and resorts were built due to the growth in the tourism industry. Explore the city by going on a Abu Dhabi desert tour while staying at a featured hotel such as Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara.
