New South Wales has achieved a record-breaking year for its tourism industry, having gained $52.9 billion in visitor expenditure. By the year’s end in June 2024, the state had acquired a total of 101.6 million international and domestic visitors. NSW was also the country’s top destination for international arrivals, recording 3.7 million overseas visits with up to 99.1 million nights stayed.
These numbers are a testament to the state’s unique appeal as a tourism destination that offers a range of experiences and comfortable stays at various Hunter Valley spa resorts. Tourists looking for a peaceful getaway will be able to enjoy a range of activities that inspire and relax, particularly at facilities like Elysia Wellness Retreat which provides curated opportunities for relaxation and wellness amidst picturesque settings.
