Qatar tourism launches new campaign in order to attract six million visitors by 2030 – New strategies and renewed ambitions

Qatar’s goal to become a tourism-driven destination with six million people visiting the country every year is afoot. The new campaign, with the tagline ‘Experience the World Beyond’, portrays the diverse range of authentic experiences a traveller can claim while touring Qatar.

The inspiration for the campaign is drawn from the fact that travellers want to experience the authenticity of culture, heritage, and history. Travellers want to know what’s real, and most travellers don’t care for anything that’s embellished with a touristy sheen. Qatar is the interface of the Middle Eastern charm; the country is rapidly embracing modernity, but it doesn’t let its culture and heritage get tampered with by it. In collaboration with Qatar’s National Vision 2030, the new campaign is a reflection of the country’s commitment to tourism. In response to Qatar’s goal to attract six million travellers per year by 2030, accommodation providers, particularly the ones like Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, have introduced an array of Doha hotel deals to encourage travellers to visit the country.
