In September this year, Hong Kong announced that those travelling from mainland China would not need to serve a mandatory quarantine, facilitating the resumption of cross-border travel; this was limited to those who had not been to high- or medium-risk areas in the mainland or Macao with the number of arrivals per day capped at 2,000. As part of the conditions of entry, travellers had to show a negative result of a COVID-19 PCR test and undergo several tests during their stay in Hong Kong.
This move by the government coincided with the launch of the “Come2HK” campaign that looked to encourage those eligible for quarantine-free entry to visit here once more. Apart from enjoying diverse attractions and experiences, such travellers can look forward to safe stays at a Kowloon hotel in Hong Kong; these properties which include Park Hotel Hong Kong have strict health and disinfection protocols in place to offer worry-free holidays.
