Restaurants to follow strict policies to mitigate the spread of COVID -19 – Combatting a challenge

The Colombo City Restaurant Collective (CCRC) has recently has announced that they, together with all other members, have taken measures to ensure the safety of their customers who are now getting accustomed to their normal routines. Accordingly, all top restaurants in Colombo who are also registered members of the Ceylon Tourist Board will offer dine-in, delivery and take away services to their customers following the safety measures approved by the government and the World Health Organization.Therefore, popular restaurants such as Rare Bar + Kitchen Colombo will commence their business operations very soon adhering to all the recommended safety protocols. This will include following the handwashing practices, continual usage of gloves, masks, and sanitizers, whilst also maintaining the best hygiene levels during food handling processes.
