Russian, Saudi, and Kazakhstani Airlines Add Phuket Routes – The Island’s Rising Popularity

Phuket, Thailand’s popular island destination, is witnessing a surge in interest from international airlines. Russian, Saudi and Kazakhstani carriers have recently added new routes to Phuket, further strengthening the island’s connectivity and appeal to tourists.

From September onwards, the Russian airline Aeroflot will begin frequent flights to Phuket, while Air Astana, a Kazakhstani airline, will commence its planned routes from Astana to Phuket in October. Phuket will also become the second Thai city to be added to Saudia airline’s list of destinations from December onwards.

The addition of these new routes is a testament to Phuket’s growing popularity as a tourist destination. The island’s stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and rich cultural heritage continue to attract visitors from around the world, to the various hostels and luxury hotels. The best resorts in Phuket come equipped with stunning locations and facilities, such as Dinso Resort and Villas, which offers several in-house activities, wellness rituals and excursions.
