In July, Seychelles’s Health Authorities announced that the existing Covid restrictions on nightclubs and mass gatherings be scrapped with immediate effect. The announcement came in after evaluating the various limitations which were in place to curtail the spread of the Covid 19 virus. With the archipelago not witnessing any alarming resurgence of covid cases or hospitalizations in recent times, the measure came in as a welcoming change to the public.
As part of these revised measures, the Health Care Agency has also devised an updated hospital visitor policy which allows one patient to be visited by at least two visitors per day. With more than 80% of the population having received two doses of the vaccine, health authorities urge the public to make use of the available stocks of vaccines to further curb the spread of the virus. With the relaxation of the restrictions, those holidaying at luxury Seychelles resorts the likes of Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas can discover Seychelles’ nightlife, exotic wilderness or stunning beaches without any disturbance.
