Seychelles Tourism and Air Seychelles: Sign MOU Boosting Destination Marketing

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was recently signed between the Seychelles Ministry of Tourism, represented by Principal Secretary Mrs. Sherin Francis, and Air Seychelles, led by CEO Captain Sandy Benoiton. This strategic partnership aims to bolster the archipelago’s visibility and attract a wider range of international visitors.

Through collaborative marketing initiatives, both parties will leverage various communication channels, especially social media platforms, to effectively showcase Seychelles’ unique tourism offerings. Notably, Air Seychelles will actively participate alongside Tourism Seychelles in key international events targeting crucial growth markets, such as the World Travel Market – Africa and the Outbound Travel Mart in India. In return, Tourism Seychelles has pledged its support by participating in Air Seychelles’ milestone events throughout the year. This collaborative approach strengthens the bond between the two entities and fosters their shared objective of promoting sustainable tourism growth in Seychelles. Tourist growth can only be beneficial for the archipelago, and its impressive collection of luxury Seychelles villas at properties such as Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas being sought-after accommodation spots.
