This month saw Singapore Art Week 2022 begin its ten-day run in a new hybrid format with both virtual experiences and physical onsite events and programmes in the Lion City. Launched on 14th January, it will run till 23rd January and will host more than 130 events be it online or at venues and locales across the country. For those staying at a centrally located studio room for rent, Singapore Art Week can be easily enjoyed; co-living spaces such as lyf one-north Singapore are within easy reach of key art hotspots for the event such as the Civic District, Little India, Katong Joo Chiat and Tanjong Pagar.
Celebrating its 10th edition this year, Singapore Art Week is showcasing the diversity and unity of both the local and international art community with works from artists the world over. Amongst the highlights of the event is the Light to Night Festival (14th January to 3rd February 2022) featuring art experiences at the National Gallery Singapore as well as online.
