Singapore Hosts the World Architecture Festival 2023 – Celebrating Global Architecture & Design

Singapore recently welcomed the world’s best architects and designers at the World Architecture Festival 2023 which showcased some of the leading design projects from around the world. It took place from 29th November to 1st December 2023 at Marina Bay Sands which can be reached from centrally located co-living apartments; Singapore offers such accommodation options at properties of lyf by Ascott which provide travellers a chance to immerse themselves in local culture and take in the innovative architecture in the Lion City.

The World Architecture Festival 2023 featured live presentations, keynote talks and exhibitions, while at the Festival Hall, attendees could view the latest designs as well as network with architects and designers. This year’s theme for the programme was ‘Catalyst’ and many of the panel discussions and talks focused on how design and architecture can act as a catalyst to bring positive change. Another highlight at the event was the WAFX Awards which rewarded innovative and avant-garde projects with the winners being announced after being judged live during the festival.
